Our Commitment
InduSource operates in a B2B environment where data integrity is critical. We treat your procurement lists, part numbers, and pricing structures as Trade Secrets.
This policy outlines how we collect, process, and protect information submitted via our Request for Quotation (RFQ) systems and supply chain portals. By utilizing our procurement services, you acknowledge the following protocols.
01. Data Collection Scope
We collect only the information necessary to facilitate accurate industrial procurement and logistics execution. This specifically includes:
- Corporate Identity: Company name, registration number, and billing address.
- Contact Points: Professional email addresses and direct phone lines for procurement officers.
- Technical Data: OEM Part Numbers (P/N), equipment serial numbers, and technical drawings submitted for identification.
02. Operational Usage
Data is processed strictly for business continuity and supply chain execution. We do not engage in mass marketing or sell data to aggregators.
03. Non-Disclosure & Security
We maintain strict silos between our client data and external parties. Your procurement activity is never disclosed to competitors or third-party marketers.
Exception for Logistics: Minimal necessary data (delivery address, contact person) is shared strictly with freight forwarders (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Schenker) solely for the purpose of physical delivery.
04. Control & Erasure
As a corporate entity, you retain full sovereignty over your data. We comply with international data standards regarding the right to be forgotten.
Rectification
Update corporate details or billing information at any time via your account manager.
Deletion
Request complete removal of your entity's data from our active CRM systems upon contract termination.
